With Medtep DBT you will be able to record all events related with your disorder facilitating therapy completion and reducing the amount of critical episodes while improving your daily life.

- 24/7 available crisis plan. Always up to date based on your own experiences. Edit it and add or remove skills that will help you manage your critical episodes.

- Enter your daily information regarding your urges and actions, emotions and use of skills. Check your weekly summary to see how you are improving over time.

- Report daily events using the chain analysis template. Analyze the situations, vulnerabilities and other factors that triggered that episode. Evaluate how you have managed the situation through the use of skills and learn from your own experience.

- Receive notifications to stay on top of your medications and doctor’s appointments.
